Running the platform while teaching the team to run it

The situation
What prompted it
The platform was bought for good reasons and deployed with good intentions, and then reality arrived: nobody in-house had run one before. Alerts went unreviewed, capable features stayed switched off, and the renewal was approaching with little to show. FioSec was engaged with an unusual goal: run it, and make yourselves unnecessary.
